Oneswoop.com is a web based car buying service that was one of the first online
car-buying companies to launch in the UK. It has recently gone through a full redesign
process and now incorporates an instant pricing price comparison service. Another
first for the UK!
- Is there a search fee?
No, we do not charge a search fee for any of our services.
- How often is the model range updated?
We source the most competitive prices on all new cars across a range of dealerships
and brokerages. Prices and vehicles are updated daily to ensure we always have the
latest deals. Finance quotes are calculated as you request them through our direct
links with the finance providers.
- How often are the used car offers updated?
The used car stock advertised on Oneswoop.com is updated every morning so you always
have the latest deals available to you.
- I’ve sent an enquiry for a new car, what happens next?
Once you’ve compared the prices, chosen a dealer and then completed our enquiry
form, we send all your requirements to your chosen dealer. We will also provide
you with a number to call them directly. You can call them or wait for them to get
back to you, whichever you prefer. They will then handle the sale of the car.
- How do I get instant quotes rather than guide quotes?
Our search results page shows you the best cash price for the listed cars along
with ‘guide’ quotes for finance and leasing. This is because we need a little more
information from you before calculating your actual quotes. Once you’ve chosen a
car, you will enter our 4 step quotation process – this will calculate actual quotes
instantly based upon your preferences.
- How do I buy the car once I’ve seen a new car offer?
Simply fill out the enquiry form at the end of the 4 step quotation process and
submit. This will put you in direct contact with your chosen dealer. They will then
handle the sale process.
- Can I get a brochure?
We can arrange for a brochure to be sent to you for certain manufacturers. If we
can’t help then give us a call (details on our contact page) - we will do what we
can to help.
- Can I arrange a test drive?
I’m afraid we can’t currently arrange test drives for you. You will need to contact
your local dealership – but don’t forget to come back to Oneswoop.com to get the
- How do I cancel an enquiry?
If you submit an enquiry and then change your mind, simply call the dealer on the
number you were given and quote your reference number – or wait for them to contact
you and let them know you’ve changed your mind. You are under no obligation to purchase
after submitting an enquiry on Oneswoop.com.
- What do PCP and HP mean?
PCP is personal contract purchase and HP is hire purchase. These are methods of
financing and leasing a car. For more information please go to the finance page

- Who is my contract to buy the car with?
If you proceed with a purchase after making an enquiry through Oneswoop.com, any
contract is with the dealer/supplier. Oneswoop.com provides you with a price comparison
service to ensure you get the best deals but we do not sell cars.
- Who provides the finance for your cars?
Each dealer/supplier advertising their prices through Oneswoop.com may have finance
and leasing arrangements with various providers. We are provided with car prices
and finance product details in order to quote on their behalf. Oneswoop.com do not
offer finance or leasing arrangements themselves.
- How long will it take to get my new car?
The length of time it takes to get your new car, once ordered, will vary depending
on the dealer/supplier and the manufacturer (as these are all new orders rather
than stock vehicles). When you choose the dealer/supplier you wish to use, we indicate
the approximate delivery time they are quoting.
- Are the finance and leasing quotes the price I will pay?
We make every effort to ensure the quotes we provide are the price you will pay
however the finance and leasing quotes are accurate based on the information we
have. We do not check your credit record during the quotation process though and
so the dealer/supplier may adjust your quote based upon your personal circumstances
and any changes to the vehicle specification.
- How will the car be transported to me?
The prices shown on the website include delivery charges. The dealer/supplier should
therefore be able to arrange delivery to your door. This may not be possible in
all case though and you should check with your dealer/supplier when making the order.
- What does the new car price include. Is this the ‘On the Road’ price?
We only show ‘On the Road’ prices. These include the vehicle price, 12 months road
tax, new registration fee and delivery charges (to your door). Where you have completed
the 4 step quotation process, the prices will also include any optional extras you
have added to the car.
- How do I buy a used car from Oneswoop.com?
Buying a used car is simple. Once you’ve found the car you want, view details and
you will see all the information we hold for that car. On the right side of the
page, you will see the dealer's telephone.
